Twenty‑five years ago, Stephen and Jane Phinney opened the doors of IOM America with nothing more than a God‑given vision, a burden for discipleship, and an unwavering conviction in the indwelling Life of Christ. What began as a small step of obedience quickly became a global ministry footprint—built not by human strength, but by the Life of Yeshua expressing Himself through their faithfulness. From day one, their home, their hearts, and their hands were fully available to the Lord, and the fruit of that surrender continues to shape lives through Truthstream today.

Though the ministry has expanded significantly—now speaking into Christ, Culture, and Creator—our core focus has never shifted. We remain anchored in proclaiming the believer’s identity in Yeshua. As the reach of our outreach has grown far beyond anything we could have imagined, we have stayed 100% dependent on the Lord—not only for financial provision, but for His Life to empower every essay, podcast, broadcast, and media production. Stephen & Jane function on a missionary's salary. This means that the Phinneys are responsible for raising their individual support.
Every gift, no matter the size, moves them closer to reaching their goal. Each contribution becomes part of the Lord’s provision, allowing them to continue equipping the Body of Christ in the indwelling Life of Yeshua.
